Spring Riding Season

Setting your clocks an hour forward this weekend is a sure sign for the average rider that cycling season is upon us once again. Which means that bike shops will be inundated with customers looking to get their steeds worked on. After all, we have all been told that a bike will need a Spring tune up before the season starts. Keep in mind that you are not the only one that thought about this at the last minute, though. So be prepared to leave your bike at the shop for a week or two, (as the weather gets warmer) maybe more.

And please don't go complaining about wait times or give the excuse that you have a "race" you have to train for. Yeah, sure... you and the 50 other people that brought their bikes in this morning. Wait your turn or you can pay the expedited "rush" fee. Either that or bribe the hell out of your mechanic.

As the saying goes,"Poor planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on mine."
